"I eat at Paul's once a week and it's good pizza, it could be great pizza. Paul's doesn't have a taste problem, they have a consistency problem. Very often the pizza is very lightly cooked and lacks the crisp of a great pizza. When the pizza is lightly cooked I'd put it at a 3/5 but when I get a slice/pie that's been in the oven just a little longer I bump that score up to a 4/5. The ingredients they use are definitely quality and the spices used in the sauce make for a nice flavor profile. The customer service here is great save for a few off experiences I've had."

"I enjoy eating here usually and have never had a problem, however I ordered here tonight and have never been more disappointed.. I ordered mozzarella sticks with extra sauce and I didn’t get any sauce at all with them. The pizza I ordered wasn’t even filled out to the edge and there was mainly just BBQ on it making it taste like BBQ and crust. Plus the way it was cut made it very hard to share and eat. Not to mention I paid 31 dollars for this meal."
"Great pizza pit stop :-) Was traveling South bound on the NYS Thruway and was happy I made this my dinner stop. Super nice waitress and a great pepperoni calzone. They also had slices available but I didn’t try. My only improve, the locks on the bathroom stalls didn’t work."
"Great service and good pizza. The dough had good flavor and was cooked well. Appreciated that we were able to switch the chicken on the pizza from fried to grilled. The salad was large and made well. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very well staffed. The restaurant seemed clean but slightly outdated. Would be interested to try the meals."
