She was extremely organized, insightful, energetic and demonstrated passion for her work. We aren't the easiest couple to deal with and Deanna was always there (either on phone or email) to guide us in the best possible way. Because of inclement weather, we didn't think we would make it home in time for the Holidays. Deanna reassured us that everything would be OK and got us back to NY (even though we would have loved to stay on vacation) on time and without any problems whatsoever. I hesitate to use Travel Agents, but Deanna really is the best!!! I would recommend her to anyone!"

"we chose the e clarke because of its location assuming a professional upscale experience well we were wrong ! the 1st agent was late for 3 appointments with us and has left the company since setting up our trip she left out a whale watching tour ( our fault for not catching ) advised us to rent car a t hotel ( triple the cost )and sent us to a low end luau not the one we discussed (again our fault for not confirming) as it turned out ,not as fancy or cost effective to go with a established tour agency then we thought just a maybe we would give e clarke another chance only to work with the 2nd agent that helped us. she was kind and a professional and would have been a whole "better exuberance "if we had her from the start"
