"Staff member was extremely impolite. I left my movie because I was feeling sick, and when I came back and asked to go back in after showing her my ticket she refused. She was arguing with me for not buying tickets (I did) and told me the only way I could watch the movie is if she stops the movie and checks everyones ticket the other option was to go home. When the other people in the theater asked what was going on, she said something along the lines of these girls are making a big deal about the seating arrangement, then left. Go to AMC. Much better."

"Took the grandkids to see Wonka.The staff told us to wait while they heated theater one. We were freezing though the whole movie. Complained to the manager after the movie he said the complete opposite,”People complain it’s too hot”. I think they are trying to save on heating cost. It’s too expensive to be uncomfortable. We’ll pick a different theater next time."

"If I could give zero starts, I would. I received a VIP pass few months ago instead of refund. Every attempt to redeem when I came to the theater they came up with a "reason" not to honor the pass that they issue. (each time the theater was half empty so there were sits available). Not to mention, the overpriced popcorn that is not fresh and "sits" there since G-d knows when. Go to AMC, much better experience and also cheaper, there is no add value except the fact that its local let this place go bankrupt with that service and attitude."

"I have been there two times in the past 3 weeks and I love it. If you cannot get to a 70 mm IMAX this is by far the next best thing. The theater was recently remodeled and the seating and the atmosphere are just like a big screen theater. You buy your tickets online and, of course, get to select your own seats so you are assured of great seats if you purchase early enough."

"Brand new and beautiful! Plush recliners. Small theaters. Full service menu and bar. And helpful attendants. Temperature was comfortable, sound level was not too loud, and the bathrooms were clean. Couldn't have asked for more (well, slightly wider recliners would have been nice, but they were still comfortable)."
