"When you first enter the grooming salon, there was quite a bit of dog urine on the floor. Also, hair everywhere. In general looked filthy. I don’t even want to think about how gross the rest of the salon is that customers cannot enter. I worry about my dog getting sick. Cleaning staff needs to do better."

"My groomer is routinely excellent and I am very happy with her service but I was due a free session due to it being my 8th visit but it was denied based upon the fact that my visit was "overdue" though nowhere was I previously advised that it had to be within a certain time frame which I find extremely annoying. I therefore had to pay when I expected my earned free session."
