"I know I am not alone when I say that I get very nervous/uncomfortable dropping my dog off for grooming. There is always a bit of unknown and I always feel guilty when I see how scared my boy, Ed looks as I leave him. With that said - Lynn and Cheryl do the absolute most to make the visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible for both my dog and myself. Not only did the haircut come out perfect, but I received constant updates about how he was doing throughout the day while I waited for Cheryl to finish up. On top of the excellent care, compassion, and quality of the haircut - Cheryl knew that I am going through a bit of a hard time at the moment due to an injury and she adjusted the charge accordingly. I could not believe how kind and professional they are. No question that I found our forever groomer and I will not be going anywhere else again. I would give ten stars if I could. "If I could give 0 stars I would…. First time coming here… they told me to drop my dog off at 1 o clock and I didn’t pick him up until 6:30-7. I have never been to a groomer that has done this before. My dog was sitting in a crate the whole day. Unbelievable. The worst hair cut I have ever seen. This sanitary area not shaved at all. My dog looks like a different dog. Told me I needed to come back for a second session… I would never go back EVER again. Terrible terrible terrible. A waste of 100 dollars. I have a doodle.. told me the matting was bad which I agree he was pretty matted but I have gone to different groomers before with the same matting and I have never ever ever experienced anything like this before. I cried my eyes out when I got home. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money coming here. My dog looks like a rat. I can’t even believe the unprofessionalism of this place."

You can tell when a dog has been treated well by a groomer and my guys come out happy and in no hurry to leave! Profressional, caring, considerate and gentle with pets. Reasonable prices and packages too. I've been looking for a groomer for a while now and I've found one for keeps."
