They were very patient. they took into consideration to cut his fur first, and then wash him then groom him so that he wouldn’t be so anxious. I know this all sounds just what they should do but they were very understanding. also look like they did not rush just to get them out."

"I went to bring my puppy to petco for a grooming and the lady would not take him because he barked at her. I did not like her attitude from the beginning and seemed scared of big dogs. He is not even 1 yet he is a puppy and never hurt a fly. Has been groomed before and has been to daycare has never had an issue. Very disappointed."
