"Had to bring our girl Leia here after her and her brother got into a "disagreement" over who go to stand at the fence and look through the cracks. She was fine, as they usually have disagreements they have to work out, but this time the next day the side of her face swelled, then her neck started swelling. We went in and were seen quickly, they took and ran bloodwork and results came back within 15 minutes. Sent us home with antibiotics and the price was very reasonable for emergency care. The front end staff was very polite and cheerful, and the emergency department staff were very attentive and quick to solve the issue. 100% recommend this emergency vet group. Hopefully we don't need another emergency trip, but if we do we will be heading here."

"Thw professionalism, dedication, efficiency and knowledge of all the doctors and the entire team was outstanding. The care and comfort they provided to Georgie, me and every pet and family in the facility was incredible and so much appreciated. They made a stressful and concerning situation so much easier to deal with. The team easily established and maintained a high level of trust with me and the other families in the facility. We can't thank them enough. Being there for 3 days with my dog I was able to observe and marvel at the constant energy and dedication they maintained. Doctors and team members stayed well beyond the end of their shift to maintain continuity and observing the transfer of patient information as shifts changed and the ongoing communication and transfer of knowledge was impressive."

"Unfortunately last night i had to bring my dog there (luckily everything was okay!) but this was our first time at this center. And i can not recommend it more!! Super friendly staff- front end and back!! The place feels homey. The two woman working last night were so friendly and chatted with me and others in the waiting room, making small talk. Helped calm the nerves but also made us feel like we cared about- not another ‘invoice’. I will def. Be using this facility again (if needed). Thank you to the staff!!"

"Excellent care for our little puppy Mocha! Dr. Hagan was very attentive to her condition when we came in, and took care of her well. This is a great emergency room for pets, and I’m happy it exists! They also have previously helped my big dog Bailey, and referred us to a veterinary surgeon who could help him. Love this place!"

"I am SO glad we decided to take my baby Waffles to VEG. We took her to our vet where on Saturday, she had a 106.1 fever. The vet put her on ice packs and said to go to VEG. Dr.Dan and his team are the best. From the vet techs , the nice receptionist, the overall quality of care, and some snacks for pet parents I was impressed. I was most impressed that they didn’t force hospitalization on us, gave us options, and gave a fair estimate cost some of which was refunded. Waffles my cat stayed overnight. They had her on IV meds and her fever eventually came down to 102 around 4 pm Sunday. They explained everything to me so I was informed. The best part is they let you stay with your pet. We went home around 11 pm , I came back at 7 am, then she was discharged at 4 pm. If you have a pet emergency go to VEG. We are so happy we did."
