"This was our 1st visit there. They are very busy and I had to wait 1 week for an appointment, however, it was well worth the wait. We are very happy with the final result of our cockapoo. Although, his fur was matted, they did not simply shave him down to the skin. Kate took the time and turned him into cute and manageable fluffball. They called me to let me know it was going to take longer because my munchkin didn't like the blow dryer..and they did not want to stress him (very sweet of them!!!) The fact that my dog did not have any loose hairs hanging on, and did not smell like cheap perfume, as I've experienced with other groomers, was another Positive for me. I highly recommend this Kate's Hair Of The Dog. It is clean, you can see your dog, observe the work and interactions in the grooming area and your dog will look adorable.
