"I have overheard the owner/head vet scream at the employees there. Words like “you work for me!” I came in for an appointment as they opened and it appeared he was very angry with them. I’ve been there on days where they are way overbooked and the owner Dr Fredricks is rushing his staff along. Appears they only care about efficiency and money over actual care. The wife and other owner is also very similar. I will never recommend this place to a pet owner, if they want real care for their pets. I’m surprised more people haven’t left here. I will say the receptionists and technicians seem very sweet despite the overwhelming pressure. They do not price match here and they overbook constantly which again, gives the impression they are here for monetary reasons. Their kennel facility is also very heavy with kennel cough and they charge you still if your dog gets sick there."

"All the Drs here are great and really take the time to take great care of my pup. He has been suffering from the worst allergies and i have been to multiple vets and was only ever offered allergy shots and cytopoint injections.. which helped but not nearly as much as it should have. It really only masked my pups symptoms and did not fully take them away. Dr. Justin took time with my pup and i and answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained them in ways i was able to understand. My Archie is finally looking like a normal pup again after Dr. Justin prescribed us some new meds and prescription diet. The before and after says it all!!!"
