"I just wanted to say my wife and I were very nervous about leaving JAXE to be groomed. He is very hyper, super friendly (too much so at times) and very, very vocal. I told Nicole (I think) that he’s super intelligent and if you just talk to him and let him know things are ok when he gets nervous he settles right down and will be fine. They did just that with I’m sure experience at hand to begin with an excellent job thinning his under coat, removing the matted hair behind his ears, bathing, clipping his nails and trimming him we are so satisfied…. he looks GREAT!! We recommend Carolyn’s Custom pup cuts 100% again thanks you guys JAXE is prepped for the HOLIDAYS!"

"September 2023 - Another fantastic visit for Duke. Duke can be a bit of an anxious pup when it comes to grooming, and he can be grumbly when getting his ears cleaned and nails trimmed, but they have done wonders! Very reasonably priced at $65 (w/o tip) for a deshed, ear clean, and nail trim. **Bandana Photos** ----------- June 2023 - Great job with Duke! Duke is normally a difficult dog when it comes to nail trims and having his ears touched, but the groomer did an amazing job keeping him relaxed. She used a grinder for the nail trim and showed it and let him listen to the noise before grinding his paws. He whined a little due to his anxiety, but no snarling/nipping as Petco claimed he does (he's never nipped when we've done nails at home). She was able to get in each one of his ears and removed a lot of dirt. Nice and reasonable at $25 for ear cleaning and nail trim. Images are of after the visit. We will be back!"

"The service at Carolyn's Custom Pup Cuts is phenomenal, their scheduling service is easy to use. They were able to get me in for a same day last-minute appointment. One of my dogs is not fond of having his paws touched but the employees made it a great experience for him. He had a cracked nail that needed to be gone and they did just that. Will be returning soon!"
