"Everyone that works here has been wonderful. No shaming if you can’t afford a certain service. Great communication. Update: Things have changed recently. When they provide estimates, they are way off. I was given an estimate of around $350 for services to be rendered, went ahead and got the services done. Went to pay and it was almost $600. Luckily I had the money. That’s not always going to be true and probably isn’t true for all people."

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful and they took care of our 3 kitties while we lived in CT. They are always super accommodating and do their best to fit you in for emergencies. They’ve also been so helpful even now that we’ve moved and haven’t established new care yet. Highly recommend!!"
