"Good food but bad customer service. Rarely anyone is in there working and when you come in they're on their phone or just ignore you completely. They've given me a hard time with pick up orders every time. When there is someone actually working there, they're not friendly. I ordered a pickup Door dash order the worker said I was an hour late about 5 times (I wasn't). I went to fill my cup with diet coke and he made me dump it out, said I didn't put what flavor I wanted on door dash (there wasn't an option). My cup was already full with diet coke and he still made me poor it out. I always get the same drink but when there's a certain worker there, it seems like everything is an issue to him."
"I’ve been coming here for 2 years they hired some lady’s that were very rude I placed my order they totally ignored the fact I asked for sauce for my tenders & fries wen I asked for it she mentioned they didn’t have the sauce I paid for but didn’t offer any other sauce nor an refund , also let’s not forget to mention my “ cheese burger “ was burnt didn’t have tomato, grilled onion nor any of the topping that I asked for they were rushing so just tried to get me out of there I’m so upset I would call but I’m tired of calling they won’t change"
"1/2 pound double cheeseburger Had to take a close up so you could see the meet. Where is the meet the two paddy's together don't even equal 1 paddy . wow really must have saved big-time on their last order of crappy burgers and their norma pricing . Time to find another place"
"Ordered clam strips and fish and chips. Yuck. Way way over cooked. Should be light golden brown not dark brown on its way to black. Fries were passable. Maybe their other items are okay but I’d steer clear of the seafood. Had it delivered so I couldn’t bring back to the counter."
