"I wanted to order from Mario’s in Waterbury but accidentally called this place. When I realized my mistake I called to cancel the order but was told it was too late and to come and pick it up. I did honor their request and picked up the most disappointing mushroom and sausage pizza that I ever tasted. The sausage looked like kibble and the pizza was burnt. I wound up throwing it out for the animals to eat. Mario’s on Watertown Ave. in Waterbury is far superior and I deeply regret making the mistake of calling the wrong Mario’s."

"I like Mario's. It's a nice family run business with good people inside. You can tell it's a good business any time you walk in to place an order or pick up an order the staff are working tirelessly and constantly. The place is always busy but wait times aren't bad. I've sampled several of their food items like baked ziti, lasagna, wings and pizza of course. I don't really care for the their wings, cooked a little too long for my liking but the pizza is always top notch and so is the pasta. I always get a large pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and roasted red peppers. I appreciate that they make their crust thin so you can appreciate the toppings more instead of just biting into bread with a little of sauce and cheese."

"7.3 on the pizza. Good flop and the sauce was not overly salty. Dough was done just to crisp and a little soft with sauce and cheese all the way. More proof that the best pizza is found in the Badsons District, apizza or not. Wings are good and generous in size with a nice utilization of spice and not just drenched like dominos "wings"."
