"I live in the Coram Heatherwoods. I am happy to have access to laundry, a pool & a gym. I utilize them all. Im happy to have a path to do my jogging. I love my apt upper deck, and the fact I have a/c & a dishwasher. The maintenance staff is very responsive, they deserve a raise. Heatherwoods takes good care of the grounds & buidling. My 2 complaints would be, my particular a/c unit is not very cold because its old. Ive mentioned it several times, it needs to be replaced with a modern one. Most of the a/c units in Coram need to be replaced. Lastly n most importantly, the rent increases every year, theres not a year it doesnt go up so the turnover here is high because eventually the rent increases push people out. You will always see people moving out n when I ask them its always the same answer "i cant afford the rent anymore". Im trying to hold on as long as I can because Im very happy here, they do take good care of us, but eventually it will push me out too. All in all I DO recommend Heatherwoods, its better than Fairfields."

"Recently my microwave malfunctioned. I sent a help request to maintenance dept. The local Super responded as well as the Resident Assistant. My appliance was checked over and it was decided to replace the item. A few days later two of the maintenance staff came with a new ,similar microwave installing it and removing the old one . The procedure took about 15 to 20 minutes to do. They were friendly caring and professional in what they did. I am grateful to the Heatherwood Pinewood Village staff for their attention and assistance to me. The new microwave works just fine. Thank you! Joseph Raffaele"
