"We have lived here for 5 years now... We have always felt comfortable and safe... The Women in the office, Dawne and Stacy are great.. If we have a problem or questions they are always there to help us. Also the Men that work here are great, Brian, Dan and the entire crew are wonderful... If anything breaks or just doesn't work right they are here within 24 hours to fix it. I would recommend Fairfield Townehouses to anyone ..."

"Hopefully I can speak to someone that can actually help me with the lease break and my HVAC... Unbelievable i pay $3,250 FOR WHAT ???? Very rude people all they care about is money. My microwave broke and they tried to charge me 500 to fix it.. I had a friend come by he fixed it in 20 min for 20 bucks... My HVAC has been broken for abut 6 months now... After multiple complaints about it not working they finally showed up buy the parts are delayed. i hope i can speak with a higher up to address my concerns and maybe fix them i have been here for about 16 months now always on time with my rent i cannot believe they treat people this way..."

"Apartments are nice but they keep letting trash in that end up stealing my packages, or have even had people break into my car. We pay 4k a month to live here, some basic work the police would be appreciated because I don't want to pay that much to have my stuff stolen, thanks."

After Fairfield took over this community, it is completely changing in terms of service, cleanliness, maintenance etc... entire community is getting renovated !!
