"We tried to place an order for my office based on a deal available online. Turned out the deal wasn't supposed to be available on Thursday, but rather than making it not available online I was told we would need to pay the difference at pickup. The difference was an additional $11, which would have made the total more than $50 after tax, fees and tip for 2 pizzas (one pepperoni, one cheese) and a two-liter of Pepsi. When we requested to cancel, we were told they couldn't do refunds for online orders and I'd have to go back online. This wasn't possible and when I called back to try and get a refund again, I was told I couldn't get a refund because the owner had some code but their child had had surgery. We ended up just getting the order in the end, but what an absolutely miserable experience."

"Ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner with fries for $16. They gave me two pieces of chicken and 2 burnt buffalo wings with soggy fries. I returned the meal and the cook and was told that's how they come in the package and they wouldn't fix it. I've ordered chicken dinners before. I won't be back."
