"This is a nice apartment building, with good amenities. But not considered “luxury” by New York standards. Everyone in the building has problems receiving packages Because of an antiquated entry system. We all expect far more from Management, , especially given that the rental prices are some of the highest and Suffolk County. To add insult to injury, rents went up 9% in 2023."
