"These people are the lowest of the low. 0 property management exists. Building is owned by Stone Harbour, who couldn’t make it more obvious how little they care about you, and the building. They do a great job in making sure you’re aware of that, especially given the building is FILLED with Airbnbs. Look on Airbnb for yourself, and you’ll see more than a dozen listings in the building, which only has 43 units. You do the math. Do. Not. Live. Here. It’s a nightmare and your rent will go up 30% after your first year (when the rent is already significantly over market rate for the area). The saturation of rental properties in Stamford will run these folks into the ground in no time. Trust me, run."

"0 stars. Horrible property management. Lived here for 2 years and forced to leave due to extortion. Moved in at $1800/month, next year rent raised to $2300, the following year they asked for $2800 (a $1000 increase over 2yrs… outrageous!). No extra amenities to warrant an increase, if anything the property degraded since we moved in. When we moved out, we couldn’t get our deposit back, despite the apartment being left flawless. It took over 4months, and we had to threaten to bring to court to get it back. Debbie is the main property manager and she is horrendous to work with. I hope she reads this. Simple cooperation could have avoided this bad review. Please start treating your tenants with more respect and cut the lies. Train noise is less than ideal. Location is sub par for the cost of the apartment, you can’t even walk to a coffee shop. They’ve had open retail space since the building was established, which they boast will be filled with cafe/restaurants soon… likely can’t fill bc their rates are ridiculous. Stop being so greedy and you will be able to keep your tenants. You are literally using Air Bnb to make up for the lack of tenants due to your awful property management. This building will be bankrupt very soon. Oh… btw, this apartment is in a flood plain. Many of my neighbors had their cars totalled when a minor rain storm came through. (The photo of this building on google shows a car with a tarp over it… that’s my neighbors Mercedes c-class totalled from a flood!) If you live here… leave now! If you’re thinking of living here, look elsewhere."

"I moved in here a few weeks ago and have really liked it so far. My 1 BR apartment is large, bright, and luxurious. The polished concrete floors are a really nice touch. Nicer than a lot of the newer apartments in downtown and Harbor Point. There's a cool community room with a movie theater, a good gym, and sunny rooftop deck. This place is a hidden gem!"

"Building is fairly new / nice but management is non existent. Don’t expect a response for weeks if ever have an issue. No one is ever on site, front door is constantly not working, parking is a mess, packages don’t get delivered as they can’t get in building. Management has changed multiple times leading to lots of confusion. They don’t care at all after you sign your lease!! Look somewhere else.."
