"BLT needs to rehire their management team with someone who care take care of people. The current management staff has no respect to their residents. They NEVER return your calls or address your questions. Once you sign a lease, you don't exist for them anymore, only your monthly payments matter. The buildings are nice and location is great, front desk staff are friendly and doing their best. Parking spots are managed badly, I have an unreserved spot, but when I come home after 10pm, there can be no unreserved spots available."

"Beautiful building on the water. Walkable to restaurants etc! The apartments and common areas are beautiful with excellent amenities including a heated pool, gym, and movie theater! The staff is always responsive and the few maintenance issues that have come up have always been promptly resolved!"

"beautiful building, the "concierge" staff does the best they can. lets talk about the bad, BLT as a management company is horrendous. The "general manager" is absolutely worthless, has never once gotten involved or tried to mitigate any issue. read the reviews ...if you're looking for a management company who cares, this DEFINETELY isn't the building for you. You know it’s bad when BLT has the assistant manager post a 5 star review to boost the rating …"

"If I could do 0/5 stars I would. This building is in a beautiful location but the management and maintenance teams are easily some of the worst people I’ve met. I had an oven that was leaking gas into my unit and also the hallway. Had maintenance come up 5 times and it took the fire department getting 2 separate 911 calls from worried neighbors before the issue was fixed. The building is beautiful, the people who live there are friendly. But every single resident who has had any issue has a horror story of dealing with management. The only people who worked there that were great were at the front desk. At the end of the day I truly didn’t feel safe in the building knowing what I know about how they were handling serious issues like gas leaks. I will never go near a BLT building again biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time."

"First person to ever occupy a unit here & it has been crazy to see the place fill & stayed filled so fast. Have since transferred to a larger unit (an easy process) & then recently just renewed for an extra year. I did look at many other places in nearby towns as renewal price naturally did increase but after assessing all alternate spots at great detail, the offerings here were hard to beat: square footage, direct water views, resort style amenities & a concierge staff (Jones & Aliyah stand outs) that make this place feel like a community. All the leasing office showed willingness to work together to retain a resident & ultimately the assistant general manager, Dan, presented a price that I was happy to sign for. Looking forward to another year in harbor point!"
