"Lynn is great so is the maintenance guy. Cons are that the walls are thin so are the floors . And be ready to deal with college kids that don’t care for others around them. Price isn’t bad for what you get . Just have to get over certain things ."
"The company that owns woodhaven and Walden are incredible. The property managers (Lynn and victor) are so nice and so accommodating. They will always come to your aid if you need help. Maintenance is always great, you never have to worry about something in your apartment not working. I would definitely recommend living here."

"Lived at Woodhaven for 3 years .If you're looking for affordable living near the UConn area this place is perfect. The 2 bedroom apartments have a large living room and the smaller bedroom is still large enough to fit a bed, desk, and some dressers. Maintenance is friendly and responds to issues quickly. The property manager is the best--caring, understanding, and accommodating. If you're a student looking for off campus housing, or anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant place to live I would definitely recommend giving Woodhaven a look!"
