"Don’t live here if you have another option. There are a lot of bugs in the house especially at night, deposits issue, poor maintenance. They usually very nice before you signed the contract, and totally changed after you signed the contract."

"Do not live here… it’s a horrible experience. The mailbox’s don’t lock, management is impossible to reach, no one is on property to help, there’s a million phone numbers to try and contact management, and everything is cheaply renovated. I was surprised when I got my security deposit back I was charged 400$ for a missing TV. This place will try and scam you anyway they can. Keep in mind every high star review have no comments, they are just worried about their average and creating fake reviews."

"I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. If you choose to live here be prepared to have a lot of patience. My lease start date was pushed back by 2 weeks because my apartment wasn’t finished getting renovated on time. When I arrived, they tried to push it back another day because it still wasn’t ready. I had drove 6 hours to move in that day with all my stuff and had no where else to go. They ended up bringing in “an extra crew” aka two 16 year old boys and a swifter to help. When I moved in we had to wait a few days for a shower curtain rod and curtain rods to be installed. When they finally were installed I had to move them myself because they it then in too close to the closet door and there wasn’t enough room for the hanger to shut the door. Trying to get ahold of management? Near impossible… I recommend calling in the morning, I tended to get a better response. Although they may look nicely renovated, they are cheaply renovated and you can tell they took the cheap route on everything. Half way into my lease, they started renovating the apartment next to me and broke the water pipe. The next doors water leaked into my kitchen ceiling and we had water draining through the light fixtures. When we called for help and put in a work order, the manager came and said since this was the renovation teams that caused this, he shouldn’t have to waist his time and money to fix the ceiling. Long story short, our ceiling had stains and a hole in it until we moved out. If you thought it couldn’t get any better, the walls are so thin you can hear what the people are saying in the apartment next to you. But here’s the best part, when we moved out we took pictures of everything, including our mounted TV being on the wall. When we received our security deposit back we were sent pictures of a wall that had been patched up and sanded over, and no TV. We were charged 300$ for the apartment not being clean enough and 400$ for a missing TV. Oh and not to mention when my friends moved out of another apartment, they were also charged for a missing TV. We tried to fight it but have gotten no where so far. If I have any advice, don’t live here."

"If I could leave a six-star rating here I would. Our apartment is excellent value for money, it is much more spacious than our previous home and yet the price is lower. The grounds are well maintained, and you get a good vibe when entering the property. Overall great place to live."

"The WORST management. When Bruce was here, things were great. Then, without anyone being aware of it, he up and left. There has been nobody in the leasing office for probably 3 weeks now. I have been calling and emailing and nobody has been getting back to me. Also, on their website they advertise that they have 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. The 3-bedrooms are only 2-bedrooms. No clue why they did this. Used to be a fairly good price for rent, but since they started doing "renovations", they increased the price extremely. Terrible place."
