"I rarely write bad reviews but I had the worst pedicure experience of my ENTIRE life so I had to help others like me who go seeing the five star ratings on Google page. I asked for pedicure and gel polish. They put a heating pad on my shoulder which was stinking so bad. They burned my feet with the hot stones and I still had no complaints on that. They took literally 20 minutes to apply the base coat and when they put polish on it was SO bad. The people couldn’t speak English at all so they couldn’t help till the owner came back. My daughter came with me and wanted to get regular polish while she waited for me to finish and in the 40 minutes that passed after they started, they managed to paint one coat for her one hand. They charged me full price for both me and my daughter’s service despite such bad service. The owner did offer to fix it if I waited some more time the same day or even come the next day but after such horrible experience I wouldn’t go back even if they offered a free extra session. I was there almost an hour total and walked out with no polish but charged full price. Absolutely horrible."
