"First of all, the salon itself is gorgeous. It is kept so clean and beautiful. Secondly, I found Karina on Instagram through an AD. I was nervous because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with hairdressers. However, Karina is amazing. She answered me even tho I messaged her so late at night lol and explained the price and process before I even made an appointment. Not only did she make me feel so comfortable, but she made sure I knew what I was walking out with. I loved how my hair came out. Instead of lying or promising an unrealistic outcome, she told me from the start what she was able to do during our first session. I am on the shy side, so being comfortable was just another reason, besides her hair coloring skills, I wanted to leave this review. Even though I am 2 hours away, it’s so worth it. I am so excited to go back. I definitely recommend Karina to anyone who has box dyed hair or just needs a trustworthy colorist."
