"Had a manicure done here and will never go back! They warned that I will be charged even if I cancel my appt....and when I came in, it turned out the tech was running 10-15 min late. The biggest disappointment though is the manicure itself! Amateurish at best, takes about 15 min from start to finish. my nails look like they need a manicure! The tech did nothing to remove the old skin from around the nail or trim the cuticle. They also charge about twice the fee you pay in Asian salons. A total wate of time and money"

"I am from California & I was staying at Danfords for a wedding. I needed to have my hair styled for the rehearsal dinner & also on the wedding day. I was so happy with the results for both occasions. My stylist was Effie & she was absolutely amazing!! She knew exactly what I wanted & did a fabulous job. I had so many compliments on my hair. On the day of the wedding, Vicky, did my eye makeup & it was outstanding!! Once again, lots of compliments!! I highly recommend this salon. Everyone is so nice & upbeat. It was a pleasure getting pampered by them!!!"

"This was easily the worst massage experience I've ever had! The entire massage felt rushed as if the massage therapist had other places to be. Maybe a hair appt!? I'm not even sold that this woman was an actual massage therapist... Our appt was for 12:30, my sister in law got taken right in, I was after her, I looked at the clock as I was changing, it was 12:40. My massages started about 5 minutes later. Then all of sudden it was over! I looked at the clock I was getting dressed, it was 1:20, that's 40 minutes including changing!!! I paid a ridiculous $85 for 30 minutes of massage! It was supposed to be a 50 minute massage! I went in AFTER my sister in law, and then sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish hers! She made a point to tell the receptionist we were confused about timing, so she called over the massage therapist. Who the berated us and made our concerns feel completely unfounded. The looks on our face said it all!! The receptionist even said she was taken aback by the therapists response and behavior because it was completely rude and unprofessional!! But we certainly weren't offered any compensation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I should have been given a discount for my terrible service and even more so for the ridiculous way my sister in law and I were spoken to by that therapist!! Far from relaxing, it was the exact opposite!"

"LuAnn is a doll! The salon is absolutely beautiful and posh. She very last minute took 3 of us before a Saturday wedding. Nails and toes all look fabulous! Thank you for a lovely experience."
