"First pet and went to get her spayed, great experience with us waiting in the car instead of inside. I have to text first and get a text back when it’s my turn to come in. Front desk lady takes her time with every pet owner, made us feel happy instead of leaving worried. Didn’t take an hour on waiting and getting checked in. It took 6 hours since drop off for pickup. Also, they provided me a free leash/collar set. Will definitely come back for my other dog and future dogs."
