"Brought my lil Toula on Thanksgiving as I noticed one of her suture's from a skin tag removal was missing. They took us in so quickly and examined her promptly even on a holiday! I was so worried but the doctor reassured me it was okay and to just keep an eye out on her so no other sutures came out. I have been here with my other dog Peach as well and the whole staff, vet techs and doctors are so sweet and efficient. They love, praise and care for the animals like their own.Even though I don't like being at the vet emergency, it is always an absolute pleasure when they tend to my pups :) Thank you so much!!"
"My 1st experience with VEG Veterinary Emergency Group was amazement, in how professional ,compassionate and caring all the team members that I encountered during my visit. They were genuinely caring for my Boston Terrier Bruno’s well being. This is what gave me my 1st impression of this facility, as I was walking up the ramp leading to the entrance a few of the team members saw me carrying Bruno, and before I could make it to the entrance someone came out and greeted me and asked what happened to my dog, and within 2 minutes Bruno had went through triage and was having his temperature taken. The service far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to take Bruno there should I ever need their assistance. They were clear in their diagnosis, provided options for care and allowed you to make the decisions on what steps you wanted to take, rather than just insist their services like many other facilities do.
