"I would give a 0 star rating if possible, buyer beware! My friend was looking at their listing 15 Hollybrook Farm Road in Brewster NY for the amount of $1,000. We contacted Mark on a Friday morning for a tour, he said he would get back to us in an hour. After calling a dozen times, leaving voicemails and textmessages, Tuesday of the following week we finally got a call back - only after I told them I would take my business elsewhere. At the time of the walk through for this property we went though every room and all the cabinets, as one normally would. Everything looked decent, just needed some paint and a good cleaning. However, after the lease signing, we went to the property and found many many cockroachs, bug and mouse traps as well as the CombatMax roach killer. These were removed at the time of our initial walk through and was not mentioned at the time of the lease. It is illegal to withhold information from renters/buyers of known pest infestations. While Marc and his team pride themselves on following the rules, this was a big red flag. Thankfully we got out and received our money back. I would not recommend this group for any rental or purchase."

"Avoid Reservoir Realty and there agent Marc at all costs. He is unresponsive and careless. Not only did he never get back to me on the outcome, but wouldn’t answer or return any phone calls from me."

"Straight up Slum Lord who give no cares or worries about his tenants as long as they pay their rent. I’ve rented from him for years and not once has he followed through on his word or has he done anything to better his tenants problems the bare minimum is done. I cannot stress enough to not rent from this man. Two faced isn’t even a name for him"

"Mark and his assistant John were great to work with; these guys really know their stuff. Mark had a real knowledge of the area and the local market. He suggested a few minor repairs before putting it on the market to maximize the value, and we got an accepted offer almost exactly the amount my wife and I wanted to get for it within a few weeks of listing it and ultimately closed on it. We moved out of the area, and unfortunately, could not talk him and his staff into getting licensed in Florida to sell us a house as well ;-). Can not recommend his office enough!"
