"Arriving at Scarsdale CVS on post road at 1:15pm for an update on a prescription I waited in line and made it to front of line by 1:30pm. At that time I was told I was on wrong line and needed to talk to pharmacist. Then all the gates were closed on my face. I spoke to the pharmacist “Anthony “ and he said basically tough luck and come back at 2pm even though I tried to explain to him that I have been there since 1:15pm. He didn’t care. Basically said my time is not important. Totally rude."
