I have had, sadly, an extraordinary amount of dental work over the years, from general dentists, periodontists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons. I was thrilled when I found Dr. Klein. He is truly one of a kind. It goes without saying that Dr. Klein’s dental work is unmatched. But it is not just his ability that singles him out; Dr. Klein cares about his patients in a way that is rare in these days of fast-paced medical services. Somehow he always runs on time, but when I get into his chair, I feel like I must be the only person on his schedule that day. He answers my questions and concerns with patience and skill, explaining complex things in a way that I always understand. He inquires about me. He listens. He remembers. In one instance that I will never forget, my son had a cleaning and he mentioned that he was going to see a specialist at his university about a condition that Dr. Klein had helped identify. We mentioned that we could maybe use a brief note about Dr. Klein’s experience with this condition. That very evening, my doorbell rang. It was Dr. Klein. He didn’t just write a note. He wrote a whole report and then personally dropped it off. I was stunned. But maybe I shouldn’t have been. Thank you, Dr. Klein."
