"Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Good old fashioned customer service. Neil is genuine in his approach and willingness to help. I had a very small job (outdoor Sonance speaker was not working properly) and when I called around for help in Tauranga and Auckland, most companies could not assist because it was a brand they were not familiar with, or it was not something they didn't do or it was out of their scope, etc. Neil's company also does not do repair jobs like this (they are a large format audio visual provider) but he offered to look at the speaker for me and despite being flat out with work, he repaired it. I am absolutely humbled to have met him and look forward to dealing with Triac in the future. If you are looking for a company built on honesty and solid customer focus, I recommend Triac and Neil."
