Respect and care for the environment are vital to us. We encourage thoughts of Papatūānuku, the Māori earth mother, in our daily activities. Through initiatives like recycling and building a natural playground, we instill a sense of sustainability in our children. We even have our very own worm farm!

Our team is a close-knit group of passionate teachers, each bringing their unique skills to the table. We prioritize professional development and learning from one another to provide the best possible care and education to our BestStart Greerton family.

We offer 20 hours free for 3-5-year-olds and WINZ subsidies if required. Our experienced team of teachers is dedicated to your child's well-being and development. We have been awarded the Gold Healthy Heart Award, showing our commitment to nutrition and health.

Our learning environments boast large indoor and outdoor areas, as well as two separate classrooms equipped with high-quality, age-appropriate resources. These resources support your child's learning at each stage of their development.

For our youngest children, we have a room dedicated to supporting their growth through play. With age-appropriate resources, your little one will receive the special care they need at this early stage of their learning and development.

Our toddler room is a spacious learning environment equipped with engaging toys and activities to nurture their curiosity. The outdoor areas provide ample opportunities for exploration, socialization, and the development of gross motor skills.

For our preschoolers, we have the Pongo Room, where they can learn essential skills for a smooth transition to primary school. The generous outdoor play area allows children to freely explore and interact, fostering social skills and forming lifelong friendships.
