"Having recently moved to the area I decided I would support a small local pharmacy and chose this one. The last script I received I felt one of the medications wasn't as effective as it should have been and when I checked the expiry date it was for the same month as I recieved the medication. I went into the pharmacy to ask if I could change it for a further out expiry date. I waited at least 15 minutes after asking to talk to a pharmacist and still no response, so I left as I had an appointment. There are 2 issues here - one being the close to expiry date and the other not having a pharmacist available to talk to no matter how long I waited. It didn't appear to be at all busy. Sadly it's back to Chemist Warehouse."

"Came into their shop this morning with a friend & we both found no Covid QR code at the door. After both of us searching including at the pharmacy counter, we spotted it amongst the cue of people wating inline for Postal services. Not good enough. This should be at the door & easily accessible."
