"I recently ordered a pizza and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pizza smelled and looked amazing, and it arrived on time, which was great. However, I was disappointed to find out that the pizza contained ingredients that I had specifically requested to be left out. This made me wonder if there was a miscommunication or mistake during the order process. To compensate for the mistake, I received a voucher, but unfortunately, it could not be used since I live far away from the restaurant. This was inconvenient and disappointing. Additionally, I was frustrated when I was told that a refund could not be provided. As a customer, I believe that it is reasonable to expect a refund if there is an issue with an order, and the refusal of a refund left a negative impression on me. Overall, while the pizza itself was enjoyable, the issues with the order and customer service detracted from the experience."

"Would be nice if we would be able to tell what unholly donuts we bought, we we buy a bunch for different. I mean how hard is it to push the tag in??? So we know whose is whose??? And how hard is it to Crack a smile for the customers when the come in so they feel welcomed? I just over to the area, and great experience so far, not. Kohimarama was a much better experience, just saying"

"I called up the day before their famous $13 double pizza (Halloween) day to ask about how busy it would be if we scheduled an order for lunch (in order to make an appt for our group later). Staff were helpful on the phone. On the day we got served quick when we went to pick up, and needless to say the pizzas looked and tasted fantastic. Extremely filling! The dough was nice and chewy with flavour, and sprinkled with what I think is semolina which gives it that extra flavour. The toppings were plentiful and were spread evenly. It looked so good (and was good). Lots of vegetarian choices too. Last time we ordered from Hells was 10 years ago, and I have to say that I sure know why now their pizzas cost as much as they do normally!"
