"Bro gave me, 2 large pizzas, a garlic bread and a box of chips for $10 only because it was extra and had been sitting on the heating rack for a while, smashed it back and the food was good. Thanks g definitely coming back."
"Rude front cashier lady who do not give correct change, she knead receipt into a ball when you ask for it. when you submit a complaint on pizzahut nz web no one response. Many other pizzahut in NZ are popular and employee many staff but this store just 1 or 2 staff not many customer in store but lots of negative feedback on google. good luck eating pizza from this store and find out more negative reasons"
"The pizzas and sides taste good and I usually have a good experience here and at other pizza huts, but this time I just can’t get over how much crust there is. The sauce, cheese and toppings should be closer to the edge."
"Lady at the counter on Saturday 27th at night time was very good. She was so busy answering the phone, dealing with incoming customers as well as packing all the orders. I think another person would help on such busy nights but wanted to say she did a good job and I found her pleasant."
"The front lady who took our order was very rude to the previous customer (elderly Chinese couple) and she did it to us too (West Papuan). When we saw another customer (white couple) enter the shop, her treatment was super nice to them. I couldn’t understand her treatment to each customer was different. So disappointed. Sorry, I will never come back again."
