"PAKURANGA branch getting worst day by day. The quality of the pizza and the portion size is shocking. Some of the pieces just jot the sauce no meet. Do not recommend it. I do recommend the one in the Elliot Street pizza club branch which is in Auckland city. Customer service, portion size, and quality are great. 5 stars for that branch."

"We buy paneer tadka pizza last night it was very dry and paneer was very hard and no pizza sauce on it. So i ring in store and talk with kuldeep he accepts it was dry and he got more complaints. He said please come tomorrow and i will make other pizza and he took my details. but today they didn’t accept there mistake but yesterday he accepted it was very disappointed for us. Not good to buy pizza on that store. I hope they are not going to lie with customers again. Poor quality"
