"I was given a voucher for my birthday and was excited for a facial. I arrived to the receptionist giggling upon my arrived. I think they thought my name was humorous which I did not appreciate. The facial was fine, though there was no consultation before. The head massage was lovely, but ultimately it was someone washing my face for $130. There was no steam or extraction. There is no atmosphere and it’s not very relaxing. I will not be recommending to anyone. All style and no substance."
