"After making an online order for delivery i received a call and asked to come in to pick up a cash refund with the excuse of being too late to order. After letting them know i was Isolated and that would be impossible i was passed off to someone else that asked me how they could help... eventually i was told the order will be completed. It was 1hour and 40mins before i received my order. And not a single item was correct. Had to throw everything away due to allergies. I have been given vouchers for things i cant eat as a "sorry" its now been over a week and still haven't received a refund. Terrible service all around. Find a pizza hutt or hells instead"
