I'm picking he was the franchisee because his level of engagement and care was exceptional. He clearly enjoys what he does and is proud of his business. The food was outstanding (made by him). "Dispicable customer service - was told "please come back in 10 mins" by the only staff member working while she ate her lunch in the customer seating area. Most hospitality businesses would class that as grounds for dismissal. A little shell shocked.."
