"I ordered a big new Yorker with a San Francisco base. Instead I was served a regular base and when I raised the issue, the staff worker told me I was mistaken when it was clearly not what I had ordered. I told them that I had the San Francisco base just the other night and that this was just the regular base. They responded by telling me I "should just eat it anyways because I will enjoy it" . Stingy on the toppings too. There are some slices with no meat at all. I've uploaded a photo of what I had today vs what I had recently at another store. Clearly different. Mistakes happen but poor handling with zero effort to rectify the issue."
