""Our friend had an unfortunate experience at Domino’s in New Lynn. The manager, Leo, displayed a severe lack of professionalism. He inappropriately remarked that my friend couldn't read English, even though she and her 10-year-old daughter were trying to understand the menu. Without informing, he upgraded their order and when they raised the issue, he falsely accused them of lying. Such behavior is unacceptable and tainted their experience.""
"Too expensive, 2 chicken and 1 veg pizza cost us over $70 and the size has decreased and portion of toppings have gone small to the extent when we counted chicken pieces, there were 6 on a large pizza. Never getting Dominos again. 4th bad experience."
"I’ve noticed new workers and they’re so pleasant. Also like to add, I occasionally get delivery and the delivery drivers are so lovely and respectful. One time he had forgotten my drink with my order but he corrected his wrong and came back after closing hours and brought my drink. I really appreciated that!"
"We had some great pizzas from Domino's New Lynn the other night, the Mr Wedge pizza was easily my favorite and you can't go wrong with the double cheeseburger pizza. The chicken kickers were hot and fresh plus everything arrived within 20minutes of placing our order. James Ashwin Kakapo Business"
"I wish there was a negative star. This Pizza from Domino's New Lynn was absolutely atrocious. Never have i seen a Cheesy Garlic pizza look like this. On returning to the store to return the pizza the staff literally laughed and spoke to each other rather than myself, when we showed them the burned pizza. They gave us a ridiculous excuse that they used frozen cheese and if remade the result would be the same. And for some idiotic reason the quality camera never works in this place. There was no apology. No quality control.No customer service and no edible pizza. Extremely unsatisfying experience."
