"What is the point in a time tracker for when the pizza is ready when you guys take more than double the time to prepare the pizza? Got TOLD extra 10 minutes multiple times. Wasn’t even nice about it - basically yelled it out at me. Had to walk back to my car in the rain couple times. These guys must have taken over the franchise and don’t know what they’re doing or perhaps have dropped the ball entirely (used to be good here)."
