"Booked to stay in CDB area. Great spot to walk anywhere from here. Rooms large and clean, coffee machine in room. Communal breakfast, continental style. Safe and secure. All requests det with online and happily done. Would recommend a stay here in the heart of Launceston."
"B & B type accommodation. We had rooms 2 and 4. Both were queen rooms. Very clean. Area a bit dicy, opposite the Supreme Court . Very limited parking. Mark, the owner is very approachable and also owns Mr Wang's Chinese which served very tasty food."
"A really lovely place to stay. The all inclusive breakfast is amazing and the hosts are super friendly and generous. Very close to the CBD too. Room is clean, you have everything you need."
"Room and shared areas were all extremely clean and fitted with modern features. Hot water service is excellent so was able to have decent-length shower without running out. In the room, complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits and hard pretzels were provided. Complimentary breakfast downstairs was also delicious, had croissant and a very tasty waffle. Owners were friendly yet were not intrusive - perfect. Location is great as is near both major roads (easy to travel where you wish) as well as quiet, walkable streets. Could hear some noise from passing emergency vehicles but complaining about such an issue would be ridiculous. Faultless accomodation, would stay again."
"Pleasant stay with free parking onsite (4 spots). Good location and heater but the bed was too small for 2 ppl with >170cm. Good breakfast variety."
