"Cancelled my booking because I had an old card saved on the system. Instead of trying to contact me they cancelled the booking just the day before, this is absolutely disgusting. I travel for work every 4 weeks and just switched to staying here since last time, never again. The hotel itself is nothing special at all, but it was convenient for me. Next time pick the phone rather than ruining people’s plans, only takes 2 mins."
"Room was spacious and great view on 4th floor of 3 bedroom apartment. Great amenities in a 2 bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen, lounge and dining room, overlooking the city. Disturbing false fire alarm at 3am with very little communication from staff on the 4th floor. Helpful front desk and limited off-street parking at an additional cost. Missing a desk behind the Lou ge area for business travellers."
