"Room very clean and comfortable. No milk in fridge or offered at Reception. We bought our own. Basic Toiletries offered. No face towels. Room was serviced after first night but not after that. (I stayed 3 nights). Tea/Coffee/Biscuits not re-stocked. Manager was never in reception when needed - too busy concentrating on 'Photo Shoot'. Yes - Kath (manager} is lovely and accommodating but more needs to be done to assist her. Maybe more staff dear owners! Location great for hospitals and food choices across the road."
"Great place to go, friendly accommodating hostess, a clean room, and plenty of space. All the amenities needed and extra. Hot hot shower, plenty of towels and the Nespresso machine, delissimo!! Very well placed across from East Villa shopping centre, free Netflix, comfy bed, will be back for a longer stay."
"Rang to enquire about a possible room for an emergency trip to hospital from a fair way out of toowomba not knowing how we would end up in the ED….. they couldn’t have been more unhelpful or less understanding of the situation. We’ve stayed here before too ! Never again now. Good luck to the owners if you ever end up in a similar situation. “Do you want to book a room or not” very classy !"
"Thanks for your hospitality. A good location, much improved since convoys of heavy vehicles no longer groan past. The accommodation is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay other than the obvious turnoff - the empty cigarette box outside the door telling the tale. May I suggest the smokers tin outside the rooms be discarded, and smokers told to smoke on the footpath - which needs policing. Inevitably they will smoke with the door open, with smoke entering the room."
