"When I go out to eat, I want to eat a meal that tastes better than what I can cook. How hard is it? I’m here to recommend this restaurant because, Each meal I have had here at the Hibiscus Dolly restaurant has been exceptional. They are consistent, they have a lovely darkened cool airconned dinning lounge, well trained staff, who know how to pour a decent beer, including Guinness, their wine list is extensive with only the types worth including in the wine list, and the food is the best pub meal available you’ll ever have from most Aussie pubs. In fact Ive eaten in pubs all over the world and Dollys bar sits somewhere in the top 10 or 20 pub meals I have had… I can’t fault the experience. The high top tables are comfortable and nice to sit at and they are always striving to do better and be greater than they already are. Don’t hesitate to book a table with friends here. Well looked after, well serviced, put your nice frock and shirt on. Enjoy the night"
