"Service was slow. Had no urgency to serve. During peak hour today one worker left to have her break. I understand that workers need their allocated lunch break, but probably could of waited until all customers were served. Took almost 20 minutes to be served. Pretty poor not going here again."
"The you gentlemen that served me, his service was utterly disgusting!!!! (Sunday 4th Sep 22) Didn't smile, leaned on the bench with one hand and made the roll with the other. He had absolutely no intrest in being there!!! He was slow and didn't even look like he knew what he was doing. The lettuce he put on the roll was a pinch, and slapped it only in the middle, still leaning on the counter making the roll with one hand. By this stage I had, had enough, I was totally dumbfounded and said to the other lady, can you please take over, this guy has no idea what he is doing! That when he said, oh sorry are you in a rush, No, I just want to have what I'm paying for done correctly with some nice service. He then continued with making it then. To say I was not happy is an understatment."
