"Ordered 2 products online and wanted to make a last minute change. They emailed me to confirm my change but I was at work and hadn't had a chance to reply. They called my mobile and left a voicemail message. I called back on lunch and Julie? I think it was, was so lovely and helpful. The order arrived quickly too. Thank you :D"

"Absolutely no communication at all. For a company selling to professionals in this trade, it is not professionally run. Ordered and sent and email questioning freight charge as the site states free. Week later no responce so I just paid the freight charge and sent and email stating I had done so when was expected shipping date so I can make sure someone is home. Radio silence, inbox and junk mail checked no correspondence. The website has no contact number just an general enquiry form to fill out. Not overly happy with this experience at all and had quite a few thing a I needed to order from them to deck my new salon out, really hesitant now to order anything at all if this is the level of customer care/quality."

"Extremely disappointed in their customer service and communication. I ordered a product in the middle of April, I then received an email a few days later saying that because of the high demand for that particular product they were not able to ship for another 6-8weeks which was fine and was not a problem. Get to 10weeks and still nothing sent and no update on the shipping, so I email asking for an update which I never receive any email back from them, then 2weeks later I email once again asking for a update to AGAIN get nothing back. Not till I email requesting a refund do I almost immediately get an email back telling me that an email was sent out last week regarding my product, which was a lie I never received any email from them I even checked my spam and never got this “email regarding my product”. I ordered the same thing from another company and it got shipped the very next day so I find this whole ordeal absolutely ridiculous. Would never order anything from them again. Their communication with costumers needs to be improved."

"I made an order on 15th of April. 5 days later I received an email saying that due to an increased demand for the item I ordered, it would take a further 6-8 weeks to send my order. It's now 9th of July and I have not received any correspondence regarding ny order. No attempt to let me know what is happening with the shipment of stock of the item I ordered. I don't know what sort of maths you guys are working with but I am pretty sure April 20th to July 9th is longer than 6-8 weeks? I have contacted their customer service and I am still waiting to hear back but honestly this is appalling."

"I had made an order 5 and a half weeks ago with no update on the item I purchase. I called on three occasions to chase this up and was told that there was an issue with the supplier and once item was received as good gesture since I had been waiting so long that they would express post my items which did not happen! I’ve been waiting over a week since it’s been dispatched. By the time the order is received will be 7 weeks!"
