"I cannot be happier! Jacinta G did my hair and I’m so in love! The attention to detail and care was amazing. Not only was the hair cut and colour amazing but service and care as a person just made my day. I am physically disabled and needed help up out of the chair and from the wash basin and Jacinta and the girls in charge of washing hair were simply so caring and were more than happy to help me with anything I needed. Getting up from the chair, pouring my cup of tea and swinging my legs onto the chair in the wash room, they even kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and okay. It’s the first time ever where I felt completely comfortable to ask people not family or friends to help me which is a major thing as a 24 year old. My mum got her hair done at the same time and to make sure I could get her to help me, I didn’t need to once! The venue is completely accessible with no steps to the basins or the entry way and wide walk ways which is a bonus, not to mention stunning and relaxing! I honestly couldn’t fault this place and I will 100% be back to see Jacinta and the team at Air Hair!"
