"I love the club itself and the atmosphere the people bring in but the staff always are rude and seem so miserable. I’ve booked a booth once and the lady at the entrance was so rude and was even cussing at me as I was trying to direct my friends as they haven’t been here before, I feel like management should take a bit more time reading people resumes instead of dragging any person off the streets, it’s not hard to work in customer service I’ve been doing it for years.. grow up"
"Took entrance money and did not refund even though we did not end up going in as their systems were down and they could not check if a ban of a friend we were with is finished. Really poor customer service"
