Our approach to health is holistic, encompassing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our being. Through energy healing, we align our life force, known as chi, prana, or ki, by clearing stagnant energies from our physical, mental, emotional, and subtle bodies. This safe and gentle process allows for the release of blockages and the restoration of balance.

One of our key offerings is Reiki, which can be translated as spiritually guided life force energy. During a Reiki healing session with our experienced practitioner, Kimberley, you will be provided with a brief introduction to Reiki and what you may experience during an energy balance. Sensations such as emotional responses, feeling heat or cold, seeing colors or lights are normal, as your body decides what needs balancing. Rest assured that you are in a safe and loving environment.

After the Reiki portion of the session, Kimberley will share observations from your chakras and any intuitive messages that may have arisen during the session. You will also receive a follow-up email with further insights and guidance on how to continue balancing and harmonizing.

For those unable to visit our physical location, we offer remote energy healing sessions via Zoom. These sessions are just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions and are rooted in Reiki and intuitive mentorship. During a remote session, Kimberley will help you reach a relaxed meditative state before delving into the energetic alignment. Observations and intuitive messages will be shared, and a follow-up email will be provided to support your continued balance and harmony.
